Job Title: PeopleSoft HCM Administrator (PeopleTools, PUM, WebLogic, Oracle DB 7+Years Exp)
Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Qualification:
- Hands-on system administration experience with Oracle PeopleSoft HR & HCM 9.x or higher, including installation, configuration, performance tuning, patching, upgrades, and code migrations within Unix/Solaris/Linux environments.
- Proficient in PeopleSoft PeopleTools 8.49 or higher, with expertise in installation, upgrades, patching, and system tuning/configuration.
- Skilled in executing PeopleTools and PeopleSoft application upgrades using PUM (PeopleSoft Update Manager) and Change Assistant tools.
- Strong experience with WebLogic and Tuxedo, covering troubleshooting, installation, configuration, upgrades, and high-availability (HA) setup.
- Solid background with Oracle Database 10g or higher, including creation, administration, and maintenance of PeopleSoft databases.
