Job Overview:
Seeking a Senior Project Manager with deep expertise in Testing, Cutover, and Go-Live Readiness for SAP S/4HANA deployment projects. This role requires bridging business and technology teams, especially guiding stakeholders familiar with Oracle who are new to SAP.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who excels in high-pressure environments, brings structure to complex deployments, and communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders up to executive leadership.

In addition to strategic leadership, the role involves operational project support, including meeting coordination, tracking action items, and ensuring timely follow-up on deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead deployment planning and execution across testing, cutover, and go-live phases

  • Guide business teams transitioning from Oracle to SAP

  • Establish and manage project governance, tracking milestones, issues, and risks

  • Facilitate clear communication among technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Drive status reporting and manage stakeholder expectations

  • Coordinate meetings, maintain documentation, and ensure timely follow-ups

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (Master's preferred)

  • 15 20+ years of project management experience, including SAP S/4HANA deployments

  • Strong functional knowledge of order-to-cash and related business processes

  • Exceptional organizational and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage complex projects in dynamic environments
