Pay Range: $19 - $20/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outreach calls to providers offices to request or verify facility and provider addresses.
  • Retrieve medical records to support the HEDIS Hybrid Project and ensure all required documentation is obtained.
  • Document outreach efforts accurately in internal systems, maintaining detailed records of communication and retrieval attempts.
  • Update and maintain provider data in internal databases and systems to reflect accurate contact and address information.
  • Upload medical records into appropriate systems upon receipt, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
  • Use Microsoft Excel and other applications to track, manage, and report data related to pending records and resolution progress.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve pended medical record chases, ensuring successful retrieval.
  • Support the Quality Improvement team s goals by contributing to higher compliance and measure rates across assigned projects.
  • Maintain adherence to productivity and quality KPIs, particularly related to the daily number of records processed or resolved .
  • Work independently while maintaining regular communication and collaboration with the non-clinical HEDIS team .

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key Skills: Minimum of 2 years of experience in managed care, healthcare environment
  • Experience with quality improvement initiatives or HEDIS processes
  • Experience with provider outreach
  • Minimum 2 years in data management, reporting, project coordination, or quality improvement
  • Experience in medical records, HEDIS projects, or provider data validation preferred .
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel .
  • HS Diploma or GED .
