xECM - SAP SuccessFactors Consultant


Location: Remote Home Office

Reports to: Practice Director - ECM and IT Services

Position Type: Contract or Contract-to-hire

What you will do:

We are looking for a skilled consultant with experience implementing and supporting OpenText Extended ECM (xECM) for SAP SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of HR document management and integration workflows and brings added value through knowledge of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and implement OpenText xECM for SAP SuccessFactors, enabling end-to-end HR document lifecycle management.

Integrate with SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding.

Collaborate with HR and IT teams to define document types, metadata models, access controls, and workflows.

Ensure secure, compliant storage and retrieval of personnel records in line with regulatory standards.

Support system testing, user training, documentation, and go-live activities.

Provide post-deployment support and performance optimization.

Assist in knowledge transfer and handover to internal teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in OpenText xECM implementations, preferably in SAP environments

Strong functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors processes is a must.

Hands-on experience integrating xECM with SAP SuccessFactors.

Understanding of document management, archiving, and compliance in HR processes

Familiarity with OpenText Content Server and Archive Center.

Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.

Candidate must hold an active certification on xECM for SAP Success Factors

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SAP HCM is highly appreciated, especially in HR master data, personnel administration, or organizational management.

OpenText certifications in xECM or Content Server.

Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., life sciences, financial services).
