Job Details
Title: Senior Full Stack Engineer Java, Kotlin & React
Location: Brooklyn Park, MN | 100% onsite
Assignment Length: 6 months
Compensation: $60 to $82 (W-2)

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test robust backend and frontend code to support business functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement features from the product backlog.
- Estimate and size user stories for sprint planning.
- Write and maintain unit tests and automated test scripts.
- Validate deliverables against acceptance criteria and perform debugging as needed.
- Document technical specifications and project-related materials.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, security, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 15 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in agile development.
- Proficiency in backend technologies: Java and/or Kotlin.
- Experience with frontend development using ReactJS.
- Familiarity with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with test-driven development and software test automation.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Broader database knowledge and experience with data modeling.
- Experience in debugging and performance optimization.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
