Our client is searching for an IT Technical Writer for a long-term position that can largely be worked remotely. All candidates must be in the Austin, TX area.
Duties:
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $53.00/hr.

Duties:
- Performs advanced (senior-level) technical writing work coordinating the composition, organization, and editing of compiled information.
- Develops and maintains user and technical documentation and project process documentation for various project teams.
- Composes, reviews, and edits technical documents, materials, and reports.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, research topics, and tailor content for specific audiences, ensuring accuracy and useability.
- Translate complex technical information into clear, accessible content for diverse audiences.
- Ensure documentation adheres to company style guides and industry standards.
- Update and maintain existing documentation to reflect process changes.
- Review edited materials and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format, and content.
- May be responsible for coordinating the display of graphics and the production of the document.
- Writes a variety of technical articles, reports, brochures, and/or manuals for documentation for a wide range of uses.
