AI Technical Business Analyst - Corporate Systems

Overview
A leading global trading firm is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join its Corporate Systems team focused on AI-driven transformation. This role bridges business operations and technology, driving projects that integrate generative AI into internal systems across HR, Payroll, Accounting, Tax, Legal, Marketing, and Private Equity. You'll work directly with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency, helping shape how AI is adopted across the firm.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the liaison between business teams and developers to align goals and translate requirements into actionable plans.
  • Lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
  • Document business needs through interviews and design sessions, and manage third-party solution pilots.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and raise awareness of AI tools through training and outreach.
  • Communicate progress and risks clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or systems implementation.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience working with SDLC models and translating technical concepts for business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies (e.g., GPT workflows, RAG architecture, agent-based systems) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of enterprise systems, data integration, and tools like SQL or BI platforms is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Mathematics).
