Job Details

Requirements:
  • 3 or more years of experience in HR analytics, reporting, or HR operations, with Workday HCM and Reporting.
  • Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation.
  • Experience with advanced Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience in ensuring data integrity across various HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS).
  • Experience with SQL or Python for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience with data privacy laws and handling confidential HR information.
  • Experience in coordinating with external agencies and other Traffic Management Centers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards and reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, DEI).
  • Ensure data integrity across HR systems through regular audits and validation.
  • Generate reports to analyze workforce trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Create custom reports for ad hoc requests and recurring compliance cycles.
  • Translate complex data into executive-level summaries and visualizations.
  • Support data submission requirements for internal/external audits and surveys.
  • Contribute to HR operations efficiencies and manage cross-functional HR projects.
