UiPath Power Platform Solution Architect

We need someone who can be a solutions architecture. Someone who understands Power Platform and UiPath, who can take business requirements and turn them into technical designs. They must have in dept knowledge of the tools to be able to recommend one vs another.

We are looking for a Solutions Architect who can bridge business needs with technical execution. You should have deep expertise in Power Platform and UiPath, and be able to:

Take business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure technical designs.
Recommend the best tool or approach (UiPath vs Power Platform) based on process complexity, integration needs, and scalability.
Guide developers in implementing solutions and ensure adherence to technical best practices.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to ensure the solution meets business objectives.
Key Focus: Solution design, tool evaluation, technical leadership, and hands-on knowledge of automation platforms.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise automation and low-code solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform. This role will focus on creating scalable technical architectures, solving complex business problems, and collaborating closely with business analysts (BAs), developers, and stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Architecture & Design

Design end-to-end technical architectures for automation and low-code solutions using:
UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, AI Center)
Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, Dataverse, Copilot Studio)
Define integration strategies with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, databases, APIs).
Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Solution Development & Problem Solving

Translate business requirements into technical designs and automation workflows.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation across departments.
Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and evaluate emerging technologies.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

Work closely with Business Analysts to understand business needs and define solution scope.
Guide developers in implementing technical designs and best practices.
Present architecture designs and roadmaps to senior stakeholders and technical teams.
Governance & Documentation

Develop and maintain architecture documentation, solution blueprints, and technical standards.
Establish governance models for automation lifecycle management and change control.
Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience in solution architecture or technical design roles.
Hands-on experience with:
UiPath (including Orchestrator, Studio, AI Center)
Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, Dataverse, Copilot Studio)
Strong understanding of REST APIs, cloud architecture (Azure preferred), and enterprise integration patterns.
Experience with HPE Operations Orchestration (HPOO) is a huge plus
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills

UiPath and Power Platform certifications.
Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Power BI, or other Microsoft ecosystem tools.
Familiarity with ITSM tools and automation in IT operations.
Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
