Overview
We support a large healthcare organization undergoing major digital and operational transformation. They are building modern, cloud-enabled platforms to streamline clinical operations, automate workflows, and enhance provider support at scale.
This role sits at the center of that modernization effort driving ServiceNow initiatives that support enterprise workflows, IT operations, and end-user experience across distributed clinical and corporate environments.
What You ll Do
- Own end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects across ITSM, HRSD, automation, and workflow enhancements
- Align platform work with enterprise modernization programs and cloud/AI-enabled initiatives
- Define scope, plans, timelines, risks, and success metrics and actually land them
- Drive sprint cadence, backlog prioritization, and cross-team delivery
- Partner with technical architects, security, IT operations, and clinical/business leaders
- Coordinate internal and vendor teams to ensure quality and adoption
- Ensure projects adhere to security, compliance, and change-management standards
- Provide clear, executive-level communication and reporting
Required Experience
- 5+ years project/program management experience
- Strong delivery experience across ServiceNow modules ITSM required; HRSD/ITOM a plus
- Demonstrated success managing enterprise-scale ServiceNow deployments or upgrades
- Experience operating in regulated or healthcare environments
- Strong Agile and SDLC execution (sprints, backlog, RAID logs, release planning)
- Ability to work across tech and business stakeholders and influence outcomes
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth, multi-team transformation environment
Ideal Background
- Large-scale technology modernization experience (cloud, automation, AI-enabled workflows)
- Experience driving adoption and change, not just technical deployment
- Vendor and budget management experience
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Certifications (nice to have): PMP, CSM, ITIL, ServiceNow certifications
