About the Role

We're seeking a Project Specialist III to support Portfolio Managers in managing financials for a large-scale program. This role is a backfill for a high-impact position and is critical to ensuring the team can focus on strategic initiatives like financial forecasting and cost savings realization, rather than manual reporting tasks.

This is a hands-on, analytics-heavy role requiring strong technical skills in Power BI, Excel, and Power Automate, along with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain Power BI dashboards to streamline and automate reporting processes.
  • Update and manage content in PowerPoint, Excel, and Broadcom Clarity PPM.
  • Analyze project financials, track cost savings, and deliver insights through metrics.
  • Collaborate with a team of 4 and interact with 30-40 stakeholders across the organization.
  • Support stakeholder communications by creating executive-level presentations.
Must-Have Skills
  • Microsoft Excel (5-7 years): Advanced formulas, pivot tables, graphs.
  • Power BI (3-5 years): Including DAX, PowerQuery, and dashboard creation (must be on rsum).
  • Power Automate (3-5 years): Workflow automation experience.
  • Power Platform: PowerApps, SharePoint.
  • Jira/Confluence and Broadcom Clarity PPM experience.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to push back (politely) and ask the right questions when things don't make sense.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience managing or supporting projects using Broadcom Clarity or similar PPM tools.
  • Experience creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can figure things out independently.
Interview Process
  • 2-3 rounds of video interviews.
  • Focus on technical skills in Excel and Power Platform.
  • Candidates should be prepared to discuss Power BI dashboards they've built and PowerPoint decks created for senior leadership.
