Job Title: Lead Salesforce Developer (Preferred Locals)
Location: Newark, CA
Duration: 6 - 12+ Months Contract
We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to support a large-scale CRM transformation program. The candidate will serve as a technical lead across multiple Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and a custom Dealer Portal, with an emphasis on Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex development, and API integrations.
This is a hands-on engineering role, not just configuration.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Salesforce development across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Dealer Portal.
- Design, develop, and deploy custom LWC components and Apex-based solutions.
- Build robust API integrations with backend systems (Oracle Fusion, Informatica).
- Migrate large datasets: 100M+ rows and 20M+ files, while ensuring data integrity.
- Lead platform split projects (Salesforce org split) and manage metadata separations.
- Implement PR quality gates and static code analysis (CodeScan, Plauti Data Management (PDM)).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver under tight deadlines.
