Must Have:
- Solid experience working as a formal Program Manager
- Has managed $10 15+ million project budgets and has worked in large, enterprise-wide environments
Nice to Have:
- Has assisted with implementing new software within a contact center environment
- Airline experience
Responsibilities:
- Lead Steering Committee meetings
- Executive level presentation creation and delivery
- Overseeing RAID log for entire program
- Oversee program to transform Contact Center Solutions
- Leadership skills in a project oriented environment
- Superior communication, presentation and organization skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to work cross organizationally to deliver World Class services to Enterprise clients
- Excellent analytical skills
Required
- 10+ years of experience managing large-scale, enterprise customer service or digital servicing transformation programs
- Strong background in executive-level communications, including C-suite reporting and presentations
- Proven success overseeing multi-workstream programs of similar size and complexity (>$30M)
- Experience managing global, cross-functional teams and driving stakeholder alignment
Preferred
- Familiarity with Contact Center, CCaaS platforms, or customer service transformation initiatives
