Job Details

  • Job Title: Technical Specialist Junior

  • Location: Raleigh, NC

  • Work Mode: Onsite

  • Duration: 12 Months (Contract)

  • Interview Mode: Video or In-Person

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced support for end-user technical issues, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.

  • Manage user accounts and permissions using Active Directory.

  • Respond to and track incidents via ServiceNow.

  • Ensure compliance with IT security standards and assist with data protection.

  • Create documentation, lead small projects, and support over 12,000 users with excellent customer service.

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory and ServiceNow

  • Proficiency in desktop support, account administration, and troubleshooting

  • Ability to work independently and communicate technical concepts clearly

  • Familiarity with security protocols and IT operations best practices

  • Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
