Job Title: Technical Specialist Junior

Key Responsibilities:
Provide advanced support for end-user technical issues, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
Manage user accounts and permissions using Active Directory.
Respond to and track incidents via ServiceNow.
Ensure compliance with IT security standards and assist with data protection.
Create documentation, lead small projects, and support over 12,000 users with excellent customer service.
Key Skills:
Strong knowledge of Active Directory and ServiceNow
Proficiency in desktop support, account administration, and troubleshooting
Ability to work independently and communicate technical concepts clearly
Familiarity with security protocols and IT operations best practices
Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
