Senior Palantir Platform Engineer (Foundry/Gotham)

Role Overview

We are seeking a former Palantir professional with hands-on experience working on Palantir platforms, particularly Palantir Foundry (strongly preferred), as well as Gotham or Apollo.

The ideal candidate has practical experience in data engineering, software development, platform engineering, or analytics, and understands how Palantir technologies are used to solve complex, real-world problems at scale.

This role is not title-dependent — demonstrated Palantir platform experience is the primary qualification.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Former employee of Palantir Technologies

  • Direct, hands-on experience delivering production solutions using:

    • Palantir Foundry (strongly preferred)

    • Palantir Gotham and/or Apollo

  • Proven experience building and deploying real-world solutions on Palantir platforms

What We’re Looking For

  • Someone who has designed, built, and shipped solutions on Palantir platforms

  • Strong problem-solving mindset with demonstrable customer or mission impact

  • Experience working in ambiguous, high-stakes, or regulated environments

  • Comfortable owning the full lifecycle: data ingestion → transformation → logic → application → deployment

  • Clear communicator who can explain complex technical systems to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
