Role Name: SAP VIM SME
Location: King of Prussia, PA Onsite.
Contract
Strong hands-on experience in SAP VIM configuration and implementation
Should be able to support production issues in addition to handling enhancements
Job Summary:
Responsible for end-to-end support and enhancement of SAP VIM, including incident and problem management, system configuration, and invoice processing optimization. The role involves hands-on VIM configuration, integrations with OpenText and SAP ECC/S/4HANA (MM, FI, AP), performance tuning, and supporting production issues. Collaborates with business and technical teams to deliver enhancements, ensure compliance, and support testing and upgrades.
The resource will be working on the Incidents, Service requests and Problem tickets raised in Service now.
Resource should know how to work in an AMS construct, and should align work with the India team.
He should be able to resolve the tickets within SLA and respond to queries from the Client or supervisor on time.
