Description
Qualifications
- Epic certification in Case Management (CM) is required; ClinDoc (Clinical Documentation) certification is strongly preferred.
- Deep experience with Epic Case Management workflows, particularly in inpatient settings.
- Proven ability to support large-scale Epic implementations, with a focus on case management configuration and optimization.
- Familiarity with ClinDoc build and integration to support broader clinical documentation needs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with clinical and operational stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote environment and adapt to fast-paced project timelines.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary analyst for Epic Case Management (CM), leading configuration and build efforts across all implementation waves.
- Support ClinDoc (Clinical Documentation) module as needed, ensuring alignment with case management workflows.
- Collaborate with clinical stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to gather requirements and translate them into effective Epic solutions.
- Participate in go-live readiness activities and provide on-site support during critical phases.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback, identifying opportunities for workflow and system improvements.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, risks, and optimization opportunities.

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $90.00/hr.
