Overview
Candidates will be assessed against the services, responsibilities, and competencies listed, as well as their relevant skills and experience for the role. Each applicant will be asked to submit an application packet with the following:
Evidence of demonstrated knowledge and experience within the last three years as a prime QA provider for a state government entity project
- Description of QA approach and method to identify and communicate project risks and issues as well as conduct formal document and deliverable reviews
- Provide a professional reference and their contact information for each of the successfully completed QA engagements (three total, must be different references for each)
- Documentation that provides sufficient evidence of the necessary staffing and expertise to support the activities of the project and addresses the expectations listed within this request
- Professional proposal that clearly documents experience working with large, complex programs and projects
- Relevant experience for the specific role described in this request
- Hourly rate (including expenses)
