Job Description

The Senior UX Designer responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Translating product requirements into user-centered designs.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to deliver thoughtful, effective solutions
  • Collaborate with the UX Manager and Product team on research and user testing, bringing your knowledge of best practices to test design, test assets, and the assessment of the research findings.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and key cross-functional stakeholders to ensure digital products meet user needs while respecting technical architecture and constraints.
  • Balance multiple priorities and demonstrate sound judgment and business acumen when evaluating and recommending potential trade-offs.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Senior UX Designer will have the following experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in UX or digital product design
  • Retail and/or consumer facing experience for a large brand is hugely beneficial
  • A Figma expert with a strong portfolio - please include your portfolio on your resume
  • Experience wireframing and high fidelity designing of screens and user flows
  • Excellent communication and experience working with stakeholders at all levels
  • An entrepreneurial mindset
