Job Details
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as HR Analyst with focus on Workday.
Strong functional knowledge across multiple Workday domains.
Experience gathering and interpreting business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, supporting test planning and execution with some hands-on involvement.
Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with both business and technology teams on complex HRIS initiatives.
Agile delivery experience needed.
Collaborate with HR teams to understand business needs and implement process improvements.
Partner with HR and IT teams to gather, document and validate requirements for enhancements , integrations and new functionality in Workday.
Should assist HR Leaders in various aspect of data management , data analysis and data quality management of HR related reports and management information.
Analyze business processes and recommend improvements aligned with Workday capabilities and best practices.
Support regular Workday releases by evaluating new features, testing functionality and advising on adoption strategies.
Develop test scenarios , test cases and execute functional testing .
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by coordinating with business users.
Experience using Rally Agile tool
Understanding of change management and release management
