Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to lead and drive client acquisition efforts in the US market. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in acquiring new clients, especially in the IT staffing/services sector, and building long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and generate new business opportunities with US-based clients through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, emails, and networking.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and present appropriate service offerings.
- Coordinate with the internal recruitment/delivery team to ensure timely and successful delivery to clients.
- Negotiate terms of business with potential clients and close deals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in US client acquisition in IT staffing or consulting.
- Strong knowledge of US hiring trends, market dynamics, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Existing US client contacts or relationships is a strong advantage.
- Experience in working with MSPs/VMS clients is a plus.
Compensation:
- Base Salary + Attractive Commission structure
- Incentives based on performance
