Job Details
Location: San Jose CA (Onsite)
Design and develop complex PCB-level hardware involving high-speed digital, analog, and mixed-signal circuits.
Own the schematic capture, component selection, and review of layout for signal integrity and manufacturability.
Work hands-on in the lab to validate, debug, and bring up PCBs, using tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters.
Conduct and support signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) simulations and validation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including firmware, layout, mechanical, and test engineering.
Execute hardware test plans and document test procedures, logs, and results.
Investigate hardware issues and work on root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
3+ years of experience in board-level hardware design, validation, and debugging.
Strong understanding of electronics fundamentals including digital and analog circuits.
Proficiency in lab tools such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, logic analyzers, and soldering tools.
Familiarity with SI/PI analysis tools or simulation workflows is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and datasheets.
Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on debugging mindset.
