Role: NetSuite Developer/ Administrator
Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid onsite)

NetSuite Developer/ Administrator
- A NetSuite Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining NetSuite ERP system.
Responsibilities:
- System Configuration and Maintenance: Configure and maintain the NetSuite platform to optimize performance and functionality.
- User Support: Provide technical assistance and training to end-users on NetSuite features and best practices.
- Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity through regular audits and updates.
- Documentation: Document processes, procedures, and system configurations.
- User Access Management: Manage user access and permissions, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Customization and Integration: Handle complex customizations and integrations using tools like SuiteScript or SuiteTalk.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in ERP administration, preferably with NetSuite.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, understanding of database management, and experience with SQL or similar querying languages.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with NetSuite modules such as Financials, CRM and customizations to use for Insurance.
- Familiarity with SuiteScript or SuiteTalk for customization and integration tasks.
- NetSuite certifications or relevant coursework.
