Position Overview:
Technical Environment:
- Title: Tier 2 Help Desk Technician
- Location: Carlisle, PA
- Schedule: 5 days/week, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Type: Contract-to-Hire (CTH)
Technical Environment:
- Primary Tech Stack:
- Windows (primary), some Mac exposure is a plus
- O365
- MECM / SCCM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager)
- Intune
- MFA
- Other:
- Basic hardware experience (e.g., installing RAM, replacing batteries)
- VPN knowledge (Cisco, Zscaler)
- Mobile device support is a nice-to-have
