Summary:

Entry-level role supporting OT network. Offers hands-on experience in network monitoring, cybersecurity, and infrastructure support—ideal for those starting a career in tech security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain OT network performance.

  • Assist with setup and upkeep of switches, routers, and firewalls.

  • Support network security, segmentation, and patching.

  • Learn and use cybersecurity tools to detect threats.

  • Help document network assets and configurations.

  • Participate in incident response and troubleshooting.

  • Apply security policies and conduct vulnerability checks.

  • Collaborate across IT/OT teams to ensure secure integration.

  • Join audits and training on compliance standards.

  • Contribute to scalability and disaster recovery projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in IT, CS, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Preferred: CompTIA Network+/Security+ or similar certifications.

  • Internship or coursework in networking/cybersecurity is a plus.

  • Basic knowledge of IP, VLANs, routing, and firewalls.

  • Strong interest in cybersecurity and industry standards.

  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

  • Able to work independently and respond to on-call needs.

  • Office: Tue–Thu | Remote: Mon & Fri
