Job Description:

8+ years of IT experience specializing in solution development with the FICO Blaze tool with 3 years experience creating FICO rules using RMA development tool

Experience in architecting & design complex rulesets, decision structures and ability to integrate with other system components seamlessly.

Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture - SOAP / REST & API s

Knowledge of Web Technologies - HTML/CSS/ASP.Net/Java

Ability to think creatively to solution for business needs with multiple options

Experience with problem solving analytical thinking & articulating solutions through visual aids and white boarding

Able to demonstrate experience with rapid prototyping, requirements definition & management, system performance management

Experience leading a team of rules developers, task assignment & tracking allocations across multiple projects.

SDLC Methodology - Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development

Strong oral/written communication skills
