ITS77 STAFF AUGMENTATION DOCUMENT POSTING EOHHS IT SOFTWARE & SVCS.
EOHHS is seeking an exceptional individual to join the Office for Refugees & Immigrants application
development team as a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly
skilled team and contribute to a critical and highly visible modernization project within EOHHS.
The business analyst will assist with developing and supporting new immigrant Information Systems. The
position will act as a liaison between assigned business areas and technical teams, analyzing complex business
problems to be solved with automated systems. The Business Analyst will work with business users and
management to interpret and translate agency policies, business rules, and requirements into appropriate
solutions. The position strongly emphasizes understanding of agile methodologies and hands on with Jira.
Additionally, it is highly required that the resource has Salesforce experience and understand basic system
admin configuration.
The primary work location for this role is 1 Ashburton Place, Boston, Massachusetts 02111; however, this
position is currently a remote telework position. The candidate would be expected to report to the primary
work location with 48-hour notice and regularly if/when telework guidelines change. The work schedule for
this position is Monday through Friday, 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
DETAILED LIST OF JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, decompose high-level information into details,
abstract from low-level information to a general understanding, distinguish user requests from
underlying actual needs, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
Working knowledge of Salesforce workflow and processes and capable of resolving low to medium
level tickets.
Working knowledge of Jira and should be able to create tickets and run standard reports.
Document requirements specifications according to standard processes and templates
Conduct integration testing of software to facilitate change management and quality assurance. This
includes developing and implementing standard test scenarios based on defined user stories.
Conduct application training as needed to ensure that the business applications' end users fully
understand all features and functionality.
Manage change management issues related to new development requests and provide level II
production support.
Perform QA functions and coordinate with SI team during SIT testing and UAT.
Manages a team of analysts responsible for analyzing new business system development and existing
system improvement.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
A minimum of 5 years experience in business analysis, IT Management, or other related experience
with excellent knowledge of analysis and design standards.

Strong competency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Visio & Teams

Demonstrated ability to work independently and within project teams, providing relevant system
