An MSP is seeking a skilled and personable Junior Systems Analyst. This is a full-time opportunity for an individual that handles all levels of desktop support, install routers and switches, and excels in a Windows OS environment.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced systems specialist that enjoys working hands-on to solve technical challenges. This position involves innovative problem solving while working directly with clients both remote and on premises.

Required Skills & Experience
- Perform one-site and remote support for clients for Level 1 to Level 3 tickets
- Proficiency with Windows OS, including Active Directory
- Complete server installs, maintenance, and migrations primarily in Hyper-V environments
- Router and switches installations
- Troubleshoot and manage DNS/DHCP
- Strong communication skills
- Takes initiative on projects
- Firewall experience, specifically SonicWall
- Knowledge working with storage (NetApp, EMC)
