Job Title: GTS Lead (LEVEL 7)
Contract Length: ~91 weeks, 5 days (~21 months). Possibility of extension (75% chance).
Location: Remote with 20-40% travel to Indianapolis client site.
Top 3 Hard Skills (Minimum years' experience required for each):
- SAP GTS - Compliance Management (6+ years)
- SAP GTS - Custom Management (6+ years)
- SAP GTS - Risk Management (6+ years)
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiar with SAP Order to Cash Processes
- Client workshops management experience
- Hi Tech Industry exposure
Disqualifiers:
- Lack of a Bachelor's degree with 6+ years or an Associate's with 12+ years of relevant experience.
- Less than 6 years of SAP GTS design and implementation experience (not just support).
- Inability to travel to the client site in Indianapolis (20-40% travel is expected).
Detailed Ideal Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate is an experienced SAP GTS professional with a strong background in designing and implementing solutions for Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Risk Management. They should be a proactive problem-solver with a knack for translating complex regulatory requirements into effective system capabilities. This person will thrive in a collaborative environment, acting as a key liaison between business, compliance, and IT teams. Success in this role requires a candidate who can own the end-to-end design and implementation process, from solution confirmation workshops to managing testing, training, and cutover. They must also be comfortable working with ABAP/development teams to deliver custom objects and be willing to travel to the client site as needed.
