Role: QA Analyst
Location: Naperville, IL

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking a QA Analyst with strong experience in manual and performance testing of web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and experienced with modern testing tools and methodologies, with a strong foundation in SQL and API testing.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 5+ years of hands-on QA experience, including:

    • Web and mobile application testing.

    • SQL for backend data validation.

    • API testing (Postman, Swagger, etc.).

    • Performance testing using industry tools (e.g., jMeter).

MUST HAVE SKILLS :

  1. Automation experience for web and mobile platforms.

  2. API test automation skills.

  3. Proficiency in Selenium and Appium.

  4. Experience with Playwright (preferred but not required).

  5. Familiarity with Azure Load Testing and other performance tools like jMeter.

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative QA team.

  • Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
