Your Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with established production standards, methods, and guidelines.
- Manage and oversee production operations to meet KPIs for assigned products/sub-segments within the shift.
- Apply methods, guidelines, and procedures effectively to achieve agreed-upon KPIs.
- Facilitate precise scheduling and sequencing of production orders.
- Approve production orders and allocate operational resources appropriately.
- Ensure production infrastructure readiness, including tools, maintenance, and operational setup.
- Suggest procedural and organizational changes to enhance Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD).
Your Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Demonstrated leadership skills and business acumen
- Good knowledge of production processes, measurement & inspection procedures, production planning & control, MS-Office and SAP
- Knowledgeable of Safety and Health Systems
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage and lead direct reports
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
- Supervisory experience of 3+ years in a manufacturing environment
- Automotive industry knowledge and experience
