Job Title: Sales Enablement Project Manager
Location: Westminster, CO (80021) / Onsite
Employment Type: 8+ Month W2 Contract (No C2C or sponsorship available)

Job Description:
Talent Groups is seeking a Sales Enablement Project Manager to support a global technology client in driving large-scale enablement initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with the Product Enablement and Product and Industry Certification (PIC) teams to design, coordinate, and deliver impactful programs that enhance product and industry knowledge across global sales teams.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional with strong project management and content coordination experience in Learning and Development or Sales Enablement environments.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage enablement programs that address product and industry knowledge gaps.
Coordinate the design, development, and delivery of enablement content.
Track milestones and deliverables across multiple projects using Asana.
Monitor Subject Matter Expert (SME) engagement and ensure timely completion of content deliverables.
Support communication planning and execution for the Product and PIC teams.
Assist with enablement materials for major events such as Sales Kickoff and global conferences.

Required Skills and Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Learning and Development, or Technical Enablement.
Minimum of 3 years of project management experience within enablement or learning programs, including scheduling, tracking, issue resolution, and escalation.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation or content management within a large organization (5,000+ employees; software or technology industry preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate effectively with executives and cross-functional teams.
Ability to collaborate with teams across global regions (North America, EMEA, APAC).

Education
Bachelor s degree in Education, Adult Learning, or a related discipline.
