Pega Lead System Architect

Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall design and architecture of Pega applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to best practices. They lead teams in the design, development, and deployment of Pega solutions, providing technical guidance and mentorship. LSAs also play a key role in project planning, risk management, and ensuring the solution's performance and scalability

Basic Qualifications :
- 10+ years of hands-on experience working on Pega BPM
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Pega App dev
- Proficient in application design and development using Pega Infinity 8.7 or higher
- Proficient in SQL with working knowledge of designing relational databases in Oracle
- Hands on experience on Pega Cosmos / Constellation is must.
- Experience on Pega Smart Dispute, Pega DX APIs, Survey will be a big plus
- Knowledge of cloud technology or Pega deployment on containers is a plus
- Experience in Agile methodology is a plus.
- Should have LSA certification.
- Degree: Bachelor's in computer science or related field
