Debug Technician

Job Requirements:

• Troubleshooting and debugging computer hardware in the computer/server racks and equipment.
• Only working to troubleshoot and debug hardware, there is no software troubleshooting being done in this role.
• If there are errors in the test results, must have the analytical mind to troubleshoot those results.
• Must have experience building computers.
• Must have a solid understanding of computer hardware, troubleshooting computer hardware, and an understanding of the functionalities of different computer hardware.
• Must have a solid understanding of computer firmware (the automatic tests that computers run to ensure hardware will function appropriately at start up).
• Must have a solid understanding of the Linux operating system which manages the communications between software and equipment hardware.
• Linux and Linux's command-based language are where the issues are found in test operations and troubleshoot.

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay: $48/hr
• Guaranteed Overtime Each week paid at time and a half

• Paid lodging (Single-Occupancy Hotel Room)
• Per diem ($45/day)
• Flexibility to take time off between assignments
• Ability to perform tasks with little to no supervision
• Ability to travel and commit to assignments ranging from 3 months to 1 year
• Ability to work 2nd and 3rd shifts, including overtime for the duration of the assignment (50+hours/week)
• Must meet drug test requirements
