We are seeking an experienced IBM OpenPages Administrator to support our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations and configuration of the IBM OpenPages platform to ensure alignment with the organization s risk and compliance objectives.

< data-start="1420" data-end="1450">Key Responsibilities:</>

  • Administer, configure, and maintain the IBM OpenPages GRC platform.

  • Manage user access, roles, groups, and permissions in alignment with security policies.

  • Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

  • Coordinate and execute system upgrades, patches, and environment refreshes.

  • Collaborate with risk, compliance, and IT teams to configure workflows, forms, and reports as needed.

  • Provide training and support to end users and stakeholders.

  • Maintain system documentation, including configuration details and change management logs.

  • Ensure data integrity, backup procedures, and recovery processes are in place and tested.

  • Support integration with other enterprise systems as needed.

  • Proven experience administering IBM OpenPages (preferred 2 4 years).

  • Strong understanding of GRC principles and frameworks.

  • Experience in user/group administration and system configuration.

  • Familiarity with OpenPages modules such as Risk Management, Policy Management, Compliance Management, etc.

  • Understanding of SQL, JavaScript, and XML is a plus.

  • Exposure to integration with tools like LDAP, SSO, or other enterprise apps.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
