Competencies
Must-Have:
Strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) model development and deployment
Experience working with AWS Bedrock for building and scaling GenAI solutions
Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow for AI/ML development
Knowledge of LLMs (Large Language Models), prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and inference optimization
Ability to integrate GenAI solutions into enterprise applications and workflows
Good-to-Have:
Familiarity with AWS cloud services (SageMaker, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, etc.)
Experience with MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for AI models
Exposure to data engineering and data pipelines to support AI training and inference
Knowledge of enterprise security, compliance, and governance in cloud-based AI solutions
Essential Skills
Strong development experience in building, training, and deploying AI/ML models
Hands-on expertise in AWS Bedrock APIs and ecosystem
Ability to customize pre-trained LLMs for enterprise use cases
Skilled in designing and implementing scalable AI workflows on AWS
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in AI/ML pipelines
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience in multi-cloud AI deployments (Azure OpenAI, Google Cloud Platform Vertex AI)
Knowledge of Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) for GenAI solutions
Familiarity with LangChain or LlamaIndex frameworks
Prior experience in AI/ML in financial services, insurance, or healthcare domains
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using AWS Bedrock
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business use cases for GenAI adoption
Implement prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model optimization for LLMs
Integrate GenAI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and data sources
Ensure AI solutions are secure, scalable, and cost-optimized on AWS
Work with DevOps/MLOps teams to streamline AI model lifecycle management
Provide technical leadership and knowledge transfer to team members
Stay up to date with emerging trends in GenAI, AWS AI services, and LLM frameworks
