Role: Technical Program Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid Role)
JD:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex global programs, driving digital transformation initiatives from strategy and roadmap to execution and launch.
- Build and manage strong relationships with executive stakeholders (up to CXO level), external vendors, and globally distributed cross-functional teams.
- Oversee multi-cloud solution delivery across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform, ensuring secure, scalable, high-performance, and cost-optimized architectures.
- Manage large-scale programs including application development, legacy modernization, data migrations, cloud transformations, and third-party integrations.
- Drive AI and generative AI initiatives by identifying business use cases, selecting appropriate models, and overseeing implementation and optimization.
- Champion Agile, Scrum, and SAFe practices to improve delivery efficiency, team performance, and organizational productivity.
- Provide technical leadership with hands-on architectural insight, guiding design decisions across full-stack technologies, databases, and modern platforms.
