Job Description:

W-2 Contract - TPM

Est. Duration 10.5-months (potential to extend based on budget and performance)

Location: Redmond, WA

Remote? No, 5x per week onsite

Pay Range: 60-70/hr

This role will design and implement a suite of AI-powered agentic services-including reporting automation, codename mapping, team concierge agents, telemetry insights, and onboarding support. Will partnering directly with the PM on the team working to provide best design.

Job Responsibilities:

Build intelligent automation workflows that extract, transform, and standardize data from Azure DevOps, Excel, and internal systems

Integrate LLM-based components (e.g., Azure OpenAI) to generate summaries, insights, and narratives

Develop reusable agentic services for codename mapping, team concierge support, telemetry insights, and onboarding

Collaborate with PMs and stakeholders to define scalable templates and standards

Maintain prompt logic and ensure agent reliability, traceability, and performance

Conduct testing, validation, and continuous optimization of automation systems

Customize and implement system software to meet evolving requirements

Perform QA, unit testing, and post-deployment validation

Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience in software development or automation engineering

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design

Experience with large-scale systems, troubleshooting, and legacy modernization

Agile development experience and strong problem-solving skills
