We re looking for a skilled software engineer with 3 5 years of experience, ideally within SaaS or CCaaS environments, to design, develop, and maintain AI-driven voice and chatbot solutions. This role involves full-stack development (Python, Node.js/React, SQL), cloud-native deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD), and integration with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Key responsibilities include building RESTful APIs, ensuring code quality through testing and reviews, and optimizing performance in cloud environments. Candidates should have experience with GenAI/Agentic AI tools and NLP/NLU frameworks (Dialogflow, Rasa, Amazon Lex, etc.), along with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
