Job Title: AI/ML Eng, Agentic AI, LLM
Location: Basking Ridge NJ (Onsite ) only locals
Duration: 12 months
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to build intelligent systems powered by Agentic AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). You ll work on cutting-edge applications involving autonomous agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and multimodal AI. Your work will directly impact next-gen enterprise and consumer AI products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement ML pipelines for agentic workflows, including planning, memory, and tool use.
- Fine-tune and deploy LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Gemini) for domain-specific tasks.
- Develop RAG systems using vector databases and embedding models.
- Build autonomous agents capable of reasoning, decision-making, and multi-step task execution.
- Integrate GenAI features into applications using APIs, SDKs, and cloud services.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Monitor model performance, conduct A/B testing, and optimize inference latency.
- Stay current with AI research and contribute to internal innovation initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques
- Familiarity with agentic frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT, OpenAgents)
- Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate)
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, OCI) and MLOps tools
- Understanding of NLP, deep learning, and reinforcement learning
