Although a remote roll, candidates MUST reside in Washington DC, Maryland or Virginia preferred.

Healthcare industry and Jira and Confluence experience is required. 

This position will convert to direct hire after one year at $100,00 per year plus benefits.

Our direct client is seeking a Business Analyst for a long term fully remote consulting engagement.

BS Degree + a Min of 5 years of business analysis, systems analysis, testing or other analytical experience (9 years without a degree is acceptable). Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality, effective deliverables on-time and be a significant contributor to the development of cost-effective solutions.
Proven understanding of business analysis core competencies.
Strong research skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and actionable insights.

Looking for a BA for a task force to help improve IVR member experience Participate in task force discussions, listen and review telephone calls and identify use cases to improve the members experience
Must be very analytical, not afraid to communicate their ideas, participate in group activity and share that information w/ the team. Once they have those ideas, they implement into user stories
Use existing BA tools when gathering requirements/documentation using Confluence & Jira
Work with Scrum team to implement
Current IVR system is KORE which works with the NICE call center solution
AI / NLP is preferred
Call Center experience is a BIG PLUS

Interview process: 2 video interviews (one hour each). Short-listed candidates will get a 2nd interview
