We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in Genesys Cloud CX, Snowflake, and Reporting to join our team permanently in Addison, TX, United States.

• Genesys Cloud CX, Snowflake, and Reporting
• AWSexperience
• Contact Center Routing expertise
• Experience with on-prem Genesys
• Experience with Genesys Snowflake platformfor historical reporting
• Proficiency in SQLfor data manipulation and query optimization
• Strong foundation in data analytics, data engineering, Elasticsearch, and Kibana
• Ability to interpret real-time and historical contact center metrics to enhance customer service and business results
• Experience developing complex reporting solutions for large datasets
• Experience creating dashboards for monitoring queue activity, agent performance, and interactions
• Industry experience in contact center technologies
• Genesys on-prem expertise, including various Genesys components and Composer development
• Exposure to Java/J2EE development, API Development, or Scripting Integration
• Genesys Cloud CX certificationis a plus
• Work with Genesys Snowflake platform for advanced historical reporting
• Build and optimize queries and reporting solutions
• Develop dashboards to track key contact center metrics and agent performance
• Leverage Elasticsearch and Kibana for data visualization
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve reporting and analytics processes
• Contribute to continuous improvement in customer service and business outcomes
