Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Project Manager, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Lead projects focused on enhancing customer experience and integrating commerce cloud solutions, with a strong emphasis on leveraging SAP Hybris platforms

Manage all phases of project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, control, and closure

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure project requirements align with business objectives

Work closely with the Scrum of Scrums to facilitate communication between multiple Agile teams, helping to resolve impediments and ensuring a cohesive strategy across all teams

Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines, adjusting as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements

Monitor project performance, reporting regularly on progress, risks, and opportunities to senior management

Engage with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements, ensuring clear understanding and expectations are set for project outcomes

Lead risk management activities, identifying potential issues and devising contingency plans

Facilitate the selection and implementation of project management tools and methodologies to improve team efficiency and effectiveness

Provide coaching and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field, Master's degree preferred

Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager in customer experience and e-commerce environments, preferably with experience using SAP Hybrid (SAP commerce cloud or hybris is strongly preferred)

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum; experience with the Scrum of Scrums approach is highly desirable

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Proficient in project management software and tools

Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) and Agile methodologies (CSM, ACP) is a plus

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $160,000 or the hourly equivalent.
