Job Title: Lead Business Analyst - Large-Scale Systems Integration

Position Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned and experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our team for a large-scale, multi-year systems integration project. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading business analysis efforts on complex, multi-million dollar projects, with a strong focus on integrations and system decommissioning. This is a critical leadership role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Business Analysis: Provide guidance and mentorship to other Business Analysts on the project.
- Interface and Integration Management: Oversee and maintain activities related to interface and integration with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Requirements Gathering: Lead meetings with program and IT resources to document and update current-state policies, procedures, systems, and interfaces.
- Technical Documentation: Review and contribute to solution designs, technical documentation, interface specifications, and data models.
- Systems Consolidation: Leverage prior experience in complex projects involving the consolidation of multiple systems (e.g., taking down 11 systems into one).
- Agile Collaboration: Work within an Agile framework, utilizing Azure DevOps to manage project activities.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, clearly communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive experience as a Lead Business Analyst on large-scale, enterprise-level projects (preferably over $100M).
- Demonstrated experience with interfaces and integration technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Agile methodologies, and SQL.
- Proficiency in understanding and documenting user interfaces (UI).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with a similar project involving the consolidation or decommissioning of multiple legacy systems.
- Certifications in Business Analysis or Agile frameworks (e.g., IIBA, SAFe).
