Job Details

We are seeking an Automation Architect to design, define, and drive the automation strategy and governance framework for enterprise-scale automation initiatives. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong collaboration skills to establish and manage a robust automation ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and define platform strategy and automation governance framework.
  • Establish best practices, standards, and guidelines for automation development and deployment.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather automation requirements.
  • Finalize automation platform/strategy and produce high-level design documentation.
  • Maintain and optimize existing automation bots for performance and reliability.
  • Ensure security compliance and adherence to development best practices.
Technical & Functional Skills:
Must-Have:
  • Hands-on experience with multiple automation technologies, especially UiPath and Power Automate.
  • Proven architecture experience designing scalable automation solutions.
  • Strong understanding of REST/JSON APIs, SQL, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Experience in bot deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Good-to-Have:
  • Experience collaborating with third-party vendors and OEMs.
  • Understanding of contracts, SLAs, and vendor management.
  • Flexibility to train and adapt based on customer needs.
