Senior Power Platform Developer (with Copilot Studio)

We are looking for a skilled Senior Dynamics CRM Software Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studios to optimize internal business workflows and advance current applications by leveraging AI technologies.

This position will play a pivotal role in broadening the adoption of Microsoft Copilot technology within the organization to foster innovation and streamline processes.

This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Georgia, whether it's your home, well-equipped offices in Tbilisi and Batumi or a coworking space in Kutaisi.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions utilizing Microsoft Copilot Studio for creating both declarative and custom agents
• Collaborate with business users to define requirements and deliver customized Microsoft Copilot capabilities
• Serve as a business solutions architect to provide direction for a cohesive development framework
• Create custom connectors to enable seamless data integration with Microsoft Copilot
• Combine Copilot technology with Power Platform tools such as Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, and internal knowledge repositories
• Support existing implementations while coordinating with cross-functional teams to identify and address any system-related issues

Requirements

• Proficiency in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Teams and SharePoint
• Background in integrating REST APIs, Azure services, and custom connectors
• Expertise in Copilot AI and Azure OpenAI, with an understanding of AI principles and large language models (LLMs)
• Capability to address sophisticated problems and convert business needs into viable technical solutions
• English language proficiency at B2+ level
