Description

We are looking for an experienced D365 Manager to lead the implementation, customization, and management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 FO) systems. This role involves overseeing technical and operational processes, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring seamless integration of business workflows with D365 FO functionalities. Based in Willis, Texas, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, managing system design, configuration, customization, implementation, and testing.
Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, ensuring successful project execution and fostering team development.
Collaborate with various departments to analyze business workflows in areas such as finance, sales, inventory, and service, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate system integration efforts to ensure smooth data flow between D365 FO and other tools or platforms.
Oversee database management, ensuring accurate data manipulation, reporting, and retrieval to meet business needs.
Develop user training programs, create system documentation, and provide technical support to resolve issues efficiently.
Contribute to the organization's IT strategy by aligning evolving business needs with D365 FO capabilities.
Analyze and troubleshoot system-related issues, offering practical solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.
Work with vendors and external partners to optimize system functionality and support.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to implement innovative solutions within the organization.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, including configuration, customization, and system management.
Proven leadership experience, including managing IT teams or project groups.
Strong understanding of business processes related to finance, inventory, procurement, and supply chain management.
Proficiency in database concepts and system integration, with experience in tools such as Power BI and Power Apps.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to develop and deliver user training and create comprehensive system documentation.
Familiarity with emerging technologies related to ERP systems and data platforms.
