Job Description: Our clientseeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join their enterprise applications team in New York City. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data to drive strategic decisions and optimize our business operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, experience working in dynamic data environments, and proficiency in data cleaning, assessment, and harmonization. Experience with Airtable is an absolute must for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Clean, assess, and harmonize various data sets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.
• Develop and maintain advanced data visualization dashboards using collaborative platforms such as Airtable and other tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define metrics, and deliver actionable insights.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions and challenges.
• Assist in the development of predictive models and data-driven algorithms to optimize performance and enhance user experiences.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large datasets.
• Proficiency in data cleaning, transformation, and manipulation techniques using SQL, Python, or similar tools.
• Experience with Airtable and other collaborative data visualization platforms is essential.
• Familiarity with statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Local to the New York City area preferred.
