Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Senior Consultant to lead and oversee strategic technology initiatives in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to manage diverse projects involving Cisco technologies, cloud solutions, and enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will excel in driving project success through effective planning, collaboration, and innovation.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful execution.
Oversee initiatives involving Cisco technologies, cloud platforms, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Utilize tools such as Atlassian Jira to track project progress and maintain clear communication across teams.
Facilitate Agile Scrum methodologies to enhance team collaboration and streamline project workflows.
Implement and monitor budget processes to ensure financial objectives are met.
Drive change management strategies to support organizational transitions and new technology adoption.
Conduct A/B testing to evaluate project outcomes and optimize performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals with business needs and objectives.
Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams throughout all project phases.
Identify and resolve potential risks or challenges to maintain project momentum.
Requirements
Proven experience managing projects involving Cisco technologies, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.
Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project tracking and team coordination.
Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and their application in project management.
Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial oversight for large-scale initiatives.
Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems, with the ability to integrate them into project workflows.
Expertise in change management practices to support organizational transitions.
Demonstrated ability to conduct A/B testing for project evaluation and optimization.
Excellent communication and leadership skills for managing cross-functional teams.
