Our company, a leading force in the A/V industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced A/V Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment where creativity, innovation, and technical acumen are highly valued. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, managing, and maintaining our audio/visual and IT systems, ensuring smooth operations in our control room and across the company.

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent A/V Engineer, you will be responsible for a broad range of tasks that ensure our audio/visual and IT systems are operating at peak efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Designing, implementing, and managing A/V and IT systems across the company.
2. Overseeing the layout and operations of the control room.
3. Developing and implementing HMI (Human Machine Interface) systems.
4. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
5. Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure system compatibility and efficiency.
6. Providing leadership and guidance to junior team members.
7. Keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to ensure our systems are current and competitive.
8. Ensuring all systems and operations comply with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this exciting and challenging role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in an A/V Engineering role, preferably in the Accounting and Finance industry.
2. Proven experience in IT, control room operations, design, HMI, layout, leadership, and management.
3. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
5. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. A deep understanding of A/V and IT systems and their applications in a business setting.
8. The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
9. A commitment to keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
